Practice Schedule

• Tuesday PM from 2:45-3:45pm
• Friday AM from 7:45-8:30am

Players are expected to attend all practices unless they have otherwise notified the coaches.  They are reminded to wear runners for practices, as well as appropriate clothing (i.e. no jeans).  Knee pads are optional. All players should remember to bring a water bottle to games and practices.  The focus of our season is skill development. Playing time during the games will be based on effort, team-minded attitude and attendance at games and practices.  As players are representing their school, we look forward to seeing them displaying respectful behaviour and sportsmanship at practices and games. 
   
Game Information

• Home Games: Laronde will host other teams after school (see schedule below) from approximately 3:00pm-4:00pm.  Players will assist with set up and take down.
• Away Games: Players will leave school by 2:45pm and should be picked up from the game location at approximately 4:00pm.  Players are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from games.  Please remember that students under the age of 12 are unable to sit in the front seat.
